Take all the required eDesign U courses and complete and submit your capstone projects for certification.
Designers that pass certification taking the required courses can either get certification for their own eDesign business (with a website badge of completion) or designers may take the Designer Virtual Assistant Certification pathway and get their eDesign U DVA Certification.

CERTIFICATION
These courses are required for the course certification or you may bypass this course by submitting your Capstone review for eDesign 101.
If your submission is complete and covers all required material, you will not have to enroll in the course. However, you must submit a Capstone for each course listed below and if you pass all of the courses without purchasing them, you are required to take 1 other eDesign U elective course.
If you do not pass a Capstone, we suggest taking the course to increase your skill set and level up your business! Course members can submit unlimited Capstone entries for certification as necessary to pass if the submissions fail to pass the certification requirements. Non enrolled submissions can only submit 2 Capstone entries, each entry there after accrews a $25 processing fee.
eDesign 101 | Getting started with eDesign
This course takes approximately 2-4 months to complete and implement starting from scratch. If you already have a website and social media accounts you will be able to complete this faster.
This course is great for defining your business, getting an understanding of your virtual offerings and planting the foundation for the next level courses.
Programs:
Website, Canva & Photoshop, Cloud storage, social media accounts, email & CRM program, social media scheduler, optional eDesign Platform programs.
eDesign Elective 01 | eDesign Presentation Techniques
This course does not have an estimated time of completion as your presentations and program skill levels are constantly increasing with every project you work though.
This elective course can be taken at any time, we recommend taking the course while you are taking the eDesign U 101 course so you can learn how to use Photoshop, Canva and Presentation techniques that you can use on your website & for building your brand.
Learn Photoshop Basic & Intermediate skills that interior designers need to know. Fast and simple techniques to make professional concept boards using minimal tools.
Edit renders, create GIF's and other graphics for your website.
Learn how to make graphics for your Opt-ins and other passive income products as well as social media content.
Programs:
Canva & Photoshop, optional eDesign Platform rendering program.
eDesign 201 | eDesign Collaboration Course
Once you have the website and Canva basics down, this course should take you approximately a week to a month to implement into your business.
Learn how to create services and processes that work for you and the way you function as a designer. Adapt these techniques to create your own self-hosted process on your website.
Create client portals for your presentations using your website and adapting other programs to elevate the way you communicate with your clients.
Create graphics for your projects & website using Canva and or Photoshop.
Learn how to work with your clients using many programs you already use for full control of your work and process.

Website, email, canva, Typeform or Interact. Optional: Trello and eDesign Platform rendering program.
eDesign 301 | Passive Income & Affiliates
Learn how to share your knowledge and get paid to do it online. Find your own unique way of adding passive income revenue streams to your business using affiliate marketing.
Add another layer to your business by including affiliate links to products you refer online in your blog, marketing strategy, shop the looks, services and other unique niche opportunities.
Programs:
Website, email, canva, Typeform or Interact, affiliate programs. Optional: Trello and eDesign Platform rendering program.
eDesign 401 | Marketing for eDesigners
This course can take anywhere from 1 month to 4 or 5 months to complete depending on the student's time dedication.
By the end of this final course you will have implemented everything from a fully oppertating website, design process, email opt-in and automation, blog or shop the look and social media marketing automation.
Following all the course Capstone projects and checklists along the way, you will learn how to build a thriving and streamlined eDesign business or additional revenue into your interior design business model.

Website, email, canva, Typeform or Interact, affiliate programs. Optional: Trello and eDesign Platform rendering program.

How long will these courses take you to complete?
Our students all come from a different professional backgrounds with different skills and areas of expertise. The amount of time each student has to dedicate to implementing the course material per week also varies and these are self-paced courses so we encourage you to take all the time you need.
Estimations listed below are assuming full implementation (from scratch) and an average computer literacy and an minimum of an Associate Interior Design degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
